Manage and oversee all phases of ERP implementation projects
Analyzing business requirements
Customizing ERP systems
Streamlining business processes
Ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Conducting stakeholder meetings
Providing training and support

Delivering high-value solutions during the implementation process
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Business Process optimization and analysis to identify and implement process improvements
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate organizational needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions
Experience with ERP Implementations, including system setup, customization, and deployment
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their applications in business operations
Familiarity with Finance processes relevant to ERP systems, such as accounting and financial reporting
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth project delivery
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
PMP certification
ERP-specific certifications
