They are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to develop and implement IT security strategies, manage security initiatives, and coordinate training to enhance the security culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

As Cyber Security Manager, you will be the driving force behind securing our group-wide IT infrastructure

You will develop and maintain the group-wide security roadmap, prioritize measures, and derive concrete action areas from current and future threats

You will take on the operational implementation of defined security measures and lead group-wide security initiatives

You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, monitor the progress of measures, and ensure that defined security standards are sustainably implemented

You will be the central contact person for internal and external audits and ensure structured preparation, execution, and follow-up of results

You will manage external security partners and Managed Service Providers and ensure that agreed services and security requirements are met

You will develop and coordinate target group-specific security training for tech and non-tech teams, strengthening security awareness across the company and actively contributing to building a sustainable security culture

Required

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Informationssicherheit

Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Security-Umfeld mit und hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte

Du arbeitest sicher mit gängigen Security-Frameworks wie ISO IEC 27001 oder dem NIST Cyber Security Framework und hast Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Audits

Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich

Du behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick und kannst Prioritäten klar setzen und vertreten

Du bewegst dich sicher in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist geübt darin, komplexe technische Sachverhalte sowohl für IT-Spezialisten als auch für das Management verständlich aufzubereiten
