Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day financial transactions
Processing invoices
Cash receipts
Parts invoices
Reconciling accounts
Maintaining accurate records
Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and policies
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage financial records and reports
Experience using Accounting Software, including data entry and management
Strong skills in Invoicing and managing accounts receivable and payable processes
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with standard accounting procedures and compliance practices
Preferred
Prior experience in an accounting or finance-related role is preferred
