Administrative Coordinator - Apps & Connectivity (Onsite)
RTX is a leading company in aerospace, and they are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their Connected Aviation Engineering & Technology team. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting engineering leaders, and coordinating events within the Annapolis hub.

Responsibilities
You will manage complex calendars for engineering directors, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and protecting time based on shifting priorities
You will provide reliable onsite administrative and operational support for the Annapolis engineering hub, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative needs
You will plan and coordinate onsite and offsite events, including leadership meetings, team-building activities, employee engagement initiatives, and training workshops—handling logistics such as space, catering, security, agendas, and invitees
You will support leaders with travel and expenses, including booking travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
You will maintain and organize administrative systems, including distribution lists, shared folders, presentations, and office documentation
You will oversee office operations by managing supplies, coordinating seating assignments, and preparing workspaces for engineering team members
You will collaborate closely with other administrative professionals, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent, high-quality support across the organization
You will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, serving as a trusted and dependable resource for leaders and team members
Qualification
Required
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a professional environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Professional, resourceful, and courteous approach to work
Preferred
Previous experience supporting a large, corporate or enterprise organization
Experience working onsite in a hub-based or engineering-focused environment
