Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable reference data and SecMaster solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals

Architectural Oversight: Collaborate with and lead our engineering team to define and implement a robust platform architecture that supports the firm’s growth and scalability objectives

Customer-Centric Approach: Lead all business initiatives and provide global support to internal customers for all reference data offerings, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with their needs

Agile Processes: Drive and participate in Agile frameworks, continuously improving and expanding platform capabilities to adapt to dynamic business requirements

Required

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on reference data and SecMaster solutions

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders

A track record of mentoring and collaborating with engineers to foster growth and excellence

A rapid learner with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex challenges effectively
