They are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join their growing team, responsible for managing loan documentation, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

Calculate income and assets and have an understanding of how to structure a loan

Stack and submit clean, organized, and complete files

Request clear conditions and communicate incredibly well with borrowers, underwriters, and realtors

Partner with loan officers to ensure loans are structured correctly and comply with underwriting guidelines

Managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring the timely completion of documentation

Maintain effective communication and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process

Deliver exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues during the loan process
