Responsibilities

Develop retrieval pipelines (metadata indexing, embeddings, hybrid search)
Package the system into deployable services
Develops agent tools for structured queries, semantic search, and workflow actions
Build ingestion and indexing pipelines into the data lake and vector store
Implement APIs, microservices, and backend logic
Optimize query routing, caching, and grounding strategies
Integrate authentication, authorization, and auditing
Support prototyping, demos, and pilot deployments

Qualification

Required

4 years of experience with data & AI
Experience with Python, APIs/microservices, cloud services

Experience with agent frameworks, data engineering, vector databases, SQL engines, distributed systems, RAG
Bachelors degree
