Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Talent Groups is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst who is Epic Ambulatory Certified. The role involves the design, build, implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Ambulatory module to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care in outpatient settings.

IT Management

Responsibilities

Configure, build, and maintain Epic Ambulatory functionality
Analyze clinical and operational workflows and translate requirements into Epic build solutions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinic staff, and leadership to optimize ambulatory workflows
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents and service requests
Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing
Support go-lives and post–go-live stabilization activities
Create and maintain system documentation, build guides, and workflow diagrams
Provide end-user support, education, and training as needed
Ensure Epic build aligns with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Work closely with other Epic analysts, technical teams, and third-party vendors

Required

Epic Ambulatory Certified Analyst
Experience in design, build, implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Ambulatory module
Ability to analyze clinical and operational workflows and translate requirements into Epic build solutions
Experience collaborating with physicians, nurses, clinic staff, and leadership to optimize ambulatory workflows
Experience participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations
Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents and service requests
Experience developing and executing test plans, including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing
Ability to support go-lives and post–go-live stabilization activities
Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, build guides, and workflow diagrams
Ability to provide end-user support, education, and training as needed
Knowledge of ensuring Epic build aligns with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Ability to work closely with other Epic analysts, technical teams, and third-party vendors
