Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruiting plans

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes and improve time-to-fill metrics

Manage a requisition load across multiple departments and job families

Ensure timely and accurate updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance onboarding programs for new hires

Identify and implement improvements to streamline onboarding and increase employee engagement

Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to hire

Mentor and guide junior & senior recruiters

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with business objectives

Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
