Digital Strategist

Responsibilities

You’ll develop and execute integrated digital strategies across paid search (SEM/PPC), paid social, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and website experiences
You’ll manage and optimize websites as performance assets, not static brochures
This includes maintaining and updating WordPress sites, publishing blogs and landing pages, improving UX and conversion paths, and ensuring SEO and technical health
You’ll use HubSpot as a core growth platform, not just an email tool
This includes managing CRM data, building workflows, segmenting audiences, launching email and nurture campaigns, and creating dashboards that tie marketing activity to real performance
You’ll design and maintain HubSpot-powered funnels, ensuring clean lead capture, scoring, routing, and attribution between marketing and sales
You’ll launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
You’ll continuously test creative, audiences, and messaging to improve efficiency and performance, working closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact ads and landing pages
As part of an AI-Enhanced agency, you’ll actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, HubSpot AI features, Midjourney, Canva AI, and others) for research, ideation, content development, workflow automation, and performance analysis
You’ll apply prompt engineering best practices to ensure outputs are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with client goals — and you’ll stay curious about emerging tools that improve results
You’ll work cross-functionally with design, development, creative, client services, and operations teams to plan and execute cohesive digital initiatives
You’ll provide project leadership using tools like Monday.com and HubSpot to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables with clarity and accountability
You’ll serve as a primary client contact, confidently presenting digital strategies, campaign results, insights, and clear recommendations
You’ll analyze performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot reports, and ad platform data, translating numbers into actionable next steps that drive improvement
You’ll help develop and manage social media content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support community interaction

Required

You should bring hands-on experience managing integrated digital marketing programs, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, content, and web optimization
You have strong HubSpot experience, including CRM management, workflow automation, list segmentation, email marketing, reporting, and analytics — and you understand how HubSpot supports full-funnel performance
You're comfortable managing WordPress websites, including content updates, basic troubleshooting, plugin management, and SEO best practices
You understand how web UX, paid media, SEO, and email intersect to influence conversions and pipeline
You have experience collaborating cross-functionally with designers, developers, and project managers, and you can provide clear direction and feedback
You're proficient with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
You're comfortable using project management tools like Monday.com and HubSpot to track work, timelines, and deliverables
You have strong analytical skills and can interpret data from Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and advertising platforms to optimize performance
You communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and external clients
At a minimum, you're comfortable using AI tools to support marketing work and evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, and alignment

Preferred

Video production and editing experience is helpful but not required
More advanced candidates may have experience with prompt engineering, AI-assisted content creation, automation workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, or Make, and an understanding of AI ethics and data privacy considerations in marketing
