Responsibilities

Provide strong strategy, leadership and management direction for clinical operations of laboratory services including but not limited to Core Lab, Special Immunology & Coagulation (SIC) Lab, Molecular Lab, Micro Lab, Community Hematology/Oncology (CHO) Labs and the Center for Health & Healing (CHH-2) Lab
Establish effective relationships at multiple organizational levels and promote interdepartmental and intercampus collaboration and cooperation
Manage the physical and human resource assets, financial, regulatory, compliance, quality, patient safety, and program development needs of the department
Maintain all laboratory operations at high standards consistent with all quality policies and to meet all accreditation requirements at OHSU Healthcare and across the health system as needed

Manage the physical and human resource assets, financial, regulatory, compliance, quality, patient safety, and program development needs of the department
