Responsibilities

The candidate should possess a strong thermodynamics understanding, customer interface experience, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret performance data, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform performance analysis of compressor systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
The candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
Willingness to travel domestically times monthly to visit client sites; 20 % travel
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and sales team to review project requirements, develop proposals, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Provide engineering input and support throughout the entire sales lifecycle—from initial project scoping and site data collection to technical solution development, implementation, and after-sales support
Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of compressor valves; collect operational data for continuous improvement and diagnostics
Develop technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams
Maintain detailed records of installations, field performance, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation
Contribute to the development of marketing and training materials, including application notes, case studies, and user guides

Required

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical systems, particularly with reciprocating compressors or similar equipment
Strong thermodynamics understanding
Customer interface experience
Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform performance analysis of compressor systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to convey technical concepts to diverse clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
