Programmers.io is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role ensures system stability, security, and performance while supporting business processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage and configure D365 F&O environments (Production, UAT, SIT, Gold)

Set up and maintain organizational email templates and Exchange Server synchronization

Implement and monitor workflows for financial, HR, and operational modules

Define and maintain security roles and segregation of duties (SOD) policies

Assign user roles and manage access to legal entities in compliance with internal standards

Support SOX compliance and audit readiness for system changes

Oversee data migration, integration, and validation processes

Ensure data integrity and adherence to enterprise security protocols

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly

Collaborate with functional consultants and IT operations for incident resolution

Maintain system configuration documentation and update role mapping

Generate and deliver custom reports as required by business units

Required

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture

Experience with environment management, configuration, and security setup

Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange integration and organizational email templates

Understanding of financial processes, HR modules, and compliance frameworks

Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and system optimization

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Administrator Associate

Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation

Knowledge of Azure DevOps and related tools for deployment and monitoring
