Responsibilities

Underwrite new loan requests and manage a portfolio of complex, high-balance relationships for renewal, modification, and ongoing credit monitoring

Prepare detailed and accurate spreads of borrower and guarantor financial statements, tax returns, and related financial data

Perform comprehensive credit and risk analyses, including liquidity, leverage, profitability, and debt service coverage

Prepare the Loan Approval Memorandum (LAM) for new loan requests, synthesizing financial analysis and business background

Collaborate with relationship managers and borrowers to ensure complete documentation and due diligence

Manage maturing loans and complete renewal underwriting in advance of maturity, including requesting updated financials and performing credit analysis

Support ongoing portfolio oversight, including financial reporting review and risk rating adjustments

Enforce borrowing base compliance and collateral eligibility for asset-based lending

Review collateral for adequacy, enforceability, and valuation accuracy

Work with loan documentation specialists and legal counsel to ensure accurate drafting and execution of loan and legal documents

Maintain adherence to Endeavor Bank’s Credit Policy and lending guidelines

Support regulatory and internal reviews, ensuring proper documentation and timely responses

Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, and Executive Leadership
