Client Relations Coordinator (Onboarding Specialist and CEO Support)
Haven Financial Services is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to manage client onboarding and support the CEO. This role involves handling inbound leads, assisting with marketing tasks, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for new clients and guide them through onboarding
Send Engagement Letters/Intake Forms and manage completion tracking
Enter client details into HubSpot and organize documents in Asana and Box
Request and track client system access (QBO, banking, payroll, Ramp/Bill.com, etc.)
Manage the CEO’s calendar and prepare relevant meeting information
Assist with simple marketing/LinkedIn content tasks
Monitor inbox for leads and ensure timely follow-up
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in client relations, admin support, or similar role
Excellent communication and writing skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Tech-savvy; comfortable learning tools (HubSpot, Asana, Box, QBO)
