Sales Enablement & Training Manager - Remote - $160k base with OTE up to $180k
This is Growth is a fast-moving, AI-powered SaaS company, and they are seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager. The role involves developing and executing a sales enablement strategy, designing training programs, and collaborating with sales leadership to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
Build and execute a modern sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue goals
Design AI-powered role plays, persona-based learning paths, and real-world scenarios
Create and deliver high-impact onboarding, product training, and methodology reinforcement
Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and GTM teams
Own and optimize the LMS and enablement stack (content, access, adoption)
Measure what matters: training effectiveness, ramp time, win rates, performance lift
Continuously iterate based on data, feedback, and field performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Sales Enablement / Training at a B2B SaaS company
2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role before moving into enablement
Built enablement programs from scratch — not just inherited decks
Understand AI-driven SaaS sales and actively use AI tools in training
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
Think like an owner and care about revenue impact, not vanity metrics
Preferred
Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
Enablement programs that measurably improved win rates, ramp time, or deal size
Comfort coaching senior AEs and leaders, not just new hires
