Responsibilities

Assist the Purchasing department with purchasing and receiving activities. Performs purchasing, receiving, and reconciliation activities for the procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and services utilizing the Bureau's internal Purchasing System
Register Bureau of Economic Geology employees for conferences, job-related classes, and memberships, and licenses. Manage Bureau Supply Closet and data entry reconciliation for supply chargebacks

Required

High school diploma/GED
strong organizational/communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
good customer service
