Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. They are seeking an Instructional Designer Co-Op to assist the Instructional Design Team with training content management and the development of various training materials.

Responsibilities

To assist the Instructional Design Team with training content management and the development of training modules, videos, graphics, photos, and more. This position reports to the Instructional Design Manager

Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager to determine current and obsolete training content to update materials accordingly

Update the Content Directory and archive current training content

Assist with and shoot videos and photos

Editing of said videos and photos

Assist with the translation process (foreign language knowledge is not necessary)

Assist with the globalization efforts of training modules

Provide general assistance and perform other duties as assigned

Required

Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Training, Design, Organizational Leadership, Education, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field

Prior experience in Visual Design

Experience with Camtasia, Articulate, Photoshop, etc. or similar solutions

Must have own means of reliable transportation
