CLINICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP- Pediatrics Emergency (Rot 32)
Johns Hopkins Hospital is a leading healthcare provider, and they are seeking a Clinical Customer Service Representative for their Pediatrics Emergency unit. This role serves as the main contact for patients and families, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with healthcare staff.

Responsibilities
Works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and members of the health care team
Requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties
Possess the highest level of Customer Service skills
Knowledge of information & computer systems
Ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff
Meet the needs of the unit, department in accordance to Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting
Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients, families and medical staff
Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards
Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet software preferred
