Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of enterprise-level dashboards for key Service KPIs
Develop and maintain data models, advanced transformations, and performance-optimized datasets; ensure data quality and consistency across reports
Use advanced analytics to surface root causes and strategic recommendations
Lead medium-sized projects
Assist customers with SAP and C4C related questions

Required

Bachelors' degree in Business or relevant field
5+ years of analytics/reporting experience, preferably supporting Service/Field operations
Advanced BI skills (Analysis for Office/Power BI/Tableau) and data modeling; strong DAX/MDX or equivalent
Experience working with databases/data warehouses and ETL concepts
Experience with SAP or C4C platforms
Excellent stakeholder influence and presentation skills; able to translate analysis into business impact
Proven problem-solving and project leadership; ability to seek out solutions independently
In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US and have valid US work authorization

Preferred

Certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SAP) are a plus
