Responsibilities

Satisfy Exception (material and non-material) and Expiration Lists

Manage the integrity of the data that is provided internally as well as to and from Agents and Borrowers including mortgagee clauses, Lender requirements, insurable values, etc

Assist with Lender and Internal Compliance Audits which may include Fannie, Freddie, Fitch or quarterly audits or insurance audits

Manage their own portfolio

Provide insurance guidance and support acting as an insurance subject matter expert to servicing, production, and senior management as needed

Partner effectively with the Asset Managers, Closers, and Escrow Managers to help maintain the integrity of the insurance coverage for the portfolio
