Responsibilities

You will support the fabrication inspection and shop testing of compressor and turbine packages

Complete package inspection checklists

Test and verify correct operation of lubrication oil systems, seal gas systems, auto-valves, etc

You will ensure the package is fabricated in accordance with project design documentation

Review and ensure all project quality documentation is correct

Oversee shop disassembly and field reassembly of the package

Lastly you will troubleshoot shop and/or field problems

Required

BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology

Demonstrated experience and mechanical aptitude/skills with construction drawings, basic hand tools, knowledge of each machine's working parts, and working with contractors

Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, organization and planning skills

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

Domestic and international travel up to 75%

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Project
