Vice President of Customer Success
KenkoTech Futures is a rapidly growing, cloud-native healthcare technology company building a unified operating platform for radiology. They are seeking a Vice President of Client Services to own and scale the entire post-sale customer experience as the business enters its next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of post-sale customer outcomes
Leadership of Implementations, Support & Integrations, and Customer Success
Design of a scalable, repeatable services operating model
Executive escalation for complex customer issues
Services KPIs, operating cadence, and accountability
Close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Enablement
Development of a strong leadership bench and client-focused culture
Support for a distributed and increasingly global customer base
Qualification
Required
Proven experience scaling a services or support organization in a startup or high-growth environment
Experience leading customer success, support/help desk, implementations, and integrations
Strong systems thinker comfortable building processes without a playbook
Track record of improving or innovating service delivery models
Executive presence and calm decision-making in high-stakes customer situations
Strong cross-functional partner to Product and Engineering
Ability to mentor and upskill teams through growth and change
Preferred
Healthcare, radiology, or regulated SaaS experience is helpful but not required
