8+ years expREETECH is seeking a senior-level Mainframe Top Secret (TSS) Security Administrator to support legacy systems and the Mainframe Transformation team. This hands-on role focuses on mainframe security administration, compliance, and z/OS operations.

Responsibilities
Act as SME for Mainframe Top Secret (TSS) Security Administration ensuring data security and regulatory compliance
Perform advanced system administration including configuration, break/fix support, and user access management
Support z/OS administration, security monitoring, performance monitoring, and system maintenance
Manage certificate renewals, access control, audits, and risk mitigation
Coordinate with Network, Customer Support, and Application teams for day-to-day mainframe operations
Support mainframe operations within the State’s Consolidated Data Center Services (DCS)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on experience with Top Secret Security (TSS)
5+ years of z/OS Administration
Strong experience with JES2, OMVS, SMS, TLS/SSL, certificates, SFTP/FTPS
Knowledge of JCL, VSAM, TSO, RMF, SMF, WLM, GRS, SMP/E
Preferred
Experience with Informatica Power Exchange (CDC – IMS/VSAM) is a plus
Experience with tools such as BlueZone, JOBTRAC, VTAM, and REXX (preferred)
