Senior Client Success Representative
Tact is a fast-growing SaaS platform that serves government and municipal clients across the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to manage post-sales relationships, ensuring customers adopt the platform effectively and derive long-term value from it.
Responsibilities
Owning a portfolio of client accounts
Leading onboarding and go-lives from kickoff through adoption
Acting as the main point of contact post-sale
Running check-ins, success reviews, and account health reviews
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities across accounts
Translating client feedback into actionable product input
Supporting renewals and long-term account growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in Client Success or Account Management
SaaS or subscription-based product background
Exposure to GovTech, ParkingTech, or public-sector clients
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Strong communicator who enjoys owning relationships end to end
