Negotiating vendor contracts
Maintaining food safety certifications
Optimizing supply chain management practices to align with Edible Garden’s sustainability goals and efficiency standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in supply chain management, sourcing, and vendor relations
Proficiency in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and food safety protocols
Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with both internal teams and external partners
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications in food safety and quality management (e.g., HACCP, SQF) are advantageous
Preferred
Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and the hydroponics industry
