Responsibilities

Partner with the Sr. Manager to advance key initiatives across Value, Chicken, Digital, Delivery, and culturally driven campaigns, including:

Campaign Planning Workshops: Coordinate cross-functional planning sessions, prepare pre-read materials, facilitate strategic brainstorming and discussion, and summarize recommended campaign plan for leadership alignment

Creative Brief: Provide strategic inputs and guidance ensuring internal and external partners are clear on business context and KPIs to inspire brave creative ideas based on insights and fan truths

Creative Development: Serve as the strategic advisor at critical milestones, including Big Idea Development and Channel Communications Strategy

Campaign Agility: Communicate campaign optimizations in real-time to drive alignment and efficiency

Business Performance: Understand campaign performance drivers and leverage insights to inform future strategies

3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Agency, or related fields
