Responsibilities
Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan
Serve as a point of communication between company teams, external vendors and customers
Strengthen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
Develop and evolve business processes as we continue to grow our end-to-end life-cycle product and service offerings
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and two or more years of experience in project coordination
Experience in coordinating vendors for installation work
Proven success in a professional corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Customer service, logistics, and/or operations experience
Self-starter, responsible person with ownership mentality and strong organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Process oriented with focus on attention to detail
Adaptable and flexible in a changing/evolving environment
Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
Associate's degree or higher in relevant field
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
Previous telemetry or gas industry experience
NetSuite Experience a plus
