Manages a variety of functions including Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Maintenance
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these teams
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from a four-year college or university
Minimum of 5 years of related engineering managerial experience, ideally in electronics manufacturing or a related environment
Familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures for manufacturing systems and test methodologies
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Preferred
An Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering background is preferred but not required as long as you have good experience and knowledge of electronics
