Responsibilities
Coordinate a workflow with foreclosure and later default
Maintain a system for new foreclosure referrals
Answer questions related to foreclosure and later default
Communicate with attorneys regarding a borrower’s account status through the online portal called LoanSphere Bankruptcy/Foreclosure
Review and verify accuracy of prepared foreclosure complaints. Track the complaints through to filing to ensure First Legal Deadline is met
Request extensions/variances related to First Legal Deadline
Monitor LoanSphere BK/FC often throughout the day and work the accounts as needed
Approve invoices related to foreclosure/bankruptcy through Invoicing
Prepare reinstatement and payoff requests on foreclosure accounts upon request
Communicate promptly with loss mitigation and bankruptcy teams
Work with housing counselors and/or the borrower’s attorney as a mediator between PHFA and the borrower to remedy the default
Handling escalated borrower conversations
Evaluating reports to ensure SFDMS reporting is accurate
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualification
Required
Associate of Arts - Business Administration/Management
Relevant professional experience (1-3 years)
