Partner Success Manager

Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company is seeking a Partner Success Manager to oversee the partner life-cycle, including onboarding and performance management. Responsibilities

Conduct and coordinate underwriting calls with new partners to ensure channel understanding, proper submission quality, and alignment to underwriting appetite
Deliver refresher underwriting calls with existing partners to reinforce best practices, appetite changes, product updates, common decline drivers, and submission improvements
Document call outcomes clearly (notes, action items, follow-ups) and route items to Underwriting, Sales, or Operations as needed
Track call activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement and partner education
Work with internal stakeholders to focus on vertical nuances and improving wallet share within existing partners and improving ratios
Manage a defined group of partners during their first ~12 months to accelerate ramp up and ensure they meet agreed performance metrics (e.g., submission quality, quote-to-bind, written premium, product mix, retention/renewal behaviors)
Build activation plans for each partner (communication cadence, training needs, product rollout steps, and performance milestones)
Identify friction points (process, appetite fit, tool adoption) and coordinate solutions with internal teams
Drive multi-product adoption by educating partners on additional lines/programs and enabling correct positioning and provide regular metric reporting against same
Support scheduling, planning, and follow-up for agency visits (virtual or onsite)
Prepare pre-visit performance snapshots and discussion points; capture post-visit action items and owners
Ensure agencies leave engagements with clear next steps and enabled workflows and new commitments
Partner with reporting/analytics resources to monitor and communicate partner performance
Maintain and distribute partner performance summaries (weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence as needed)
Translate performance insights into clear partner-facing recommendations and internal action plans
Contribute to At-Risk partner reporting management and evolve the process to be more easily adopted by the organization. Assist with related cross partner communications and communication back to internal teams
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as process improvements, partner enablement materials, rollout support for new products, training documentation, and operational playbooks
Support special projects tied to growth, partner experience, underwriting efficiency, or data quality

Required

External candidates: Minimum of 3 years supporting insurance operations, marketing and/or business development or underwriting functions
Internal candidates: At least 2 years success in Ategrity role and manager recommendation required
Working knowledge concepts and principles related to planning and implementation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build rapport and teamwork, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff/teams
20% travel anticipated
Thrives in fast paced work, remote environment

Preferred

Experience in commercial insurance underwriting is preferred
