Enterprise Sales Executive (Western US Territory)
ScImage is a leading provider of cloud-centric enterprise imaging solutions for the healthcare industry. The Enterprise Sales Executive will drive new business growth and manage existing accounts by selling ScImage’s value-driven imaging solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close enterprise-level opportunities across hospital systems, ASCs, and outpatient markets
Consultative Selling: Position ScImage as a strategic partner by articulating value—workflow optimization, interoperability, and scalability—rather than competing on price
Clinical Engagement: Speak confidently with cardiologists, radiologists, orthopedic specialists, and other clinicians about imaging workflows and clinical benefits
Executive Communication: Present ROI, operational efficiencies, and strategic advantages to C-suite decision-makers
Solution Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of ScImage’s PICOM365 platform, including PACS, CVIS, structured reporting, AI integration, and cloud architecture
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in digital healthcare imaging
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, implementation, support) to ensure seamless customer experience
Sales Metrics: Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and pipeline goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years in enterprise healthcare technology sales, preferably in medical imaging, PACS, CVIS, or related solutions
Proven track record of selling value-based solutions to hospitals and large healthcare organizations
Familiarity with cardiology, radiology, orthopedics, oncology, and imaging workflows
Ability to discuss clinical processes and compliance requirements confidently
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for both clinical and executive audiences
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop long-term account strategies and align solutions with client objectives
Executive-Level Communication – Skilled at influencing and building trust with senior leadership
Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting partnerships
Adaptability – Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and evolving healthcare environments
Persistence & Creativity – Ability to overcome obstacles and find innovative ways to open doors
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be located in the west or southwest United States
