Responsibilities
Extensive experience with Power BI development including Power BI embedded skills and Tabular Data Modeling
Power BI, Power BI Embedded, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tabular Data Modeling, SQL performance and tuning optimization, Clustering, Always On Availability groups, High Availability
Power BI solution design, PBI embedded development skills and Performance optimization skills are required
Proficiency in DAX for developing complex calculations and measures
Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and experience with integration of data warehouse
Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role
Solving performance problems, query tuning, and optimization
SQL Server on IaaS experience on Azure/ Other public cloud required
All versions of SQL Server (2014 and onwards)
Architectural experience for Data Platform
Architecting for High Availability and Disaster recovery solutions using FCI, Always on Availability groups
Delivering and/or authoring technical training
Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred
Azure data factory, Azure SQLDB, Azure SQLDB Managed Instance, Azure Synapse knowledge is a plus
Qualification
