Finishing Technologies is the leader in the finishing paint equipment industry, and they are seeking a Territory Manager (Outside Sales) to cover routes in Washington. The role involves prospecting and winning new accounts, growing sales within the assigned territory, and conducting consultative sales meetings with decision-makers.

Maintain strong knowledge of products and applications
Execute and track sales activities that drive results
Qualify opportunities and close sales
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of sales experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Strong relationship builder who can grow and manage accounts
Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn technical finishing equipment
Comfortable selling to industrial customers (manufacturing, transportation, wood finishing, military, marine, or similar)
Willing and able to travel within the assigned territory (reliable vehicle required; mileage reimbursed)
Results-driven, accountable, and competitive with a strong work ethic
Preferred
1 year in paint or paint equipment sales preferred
