Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for GxP-regulated applications
Drive Agile project execution including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies using Jira
Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and validation teams
Ensure compliance with GxP and internal quality standards
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with Jira
Experience supporting GxP-regulated systems/applications
Ability to work onsite in Raritan, NJ 3 days per week (local or willing to commute)
Preferred
Prior Johnson & Johnson experience (highly preferred)
