Responsibilities

Act as the primary lead or material contributor for the end-to-end back-office conversion project, from planning through to execution and post-go-live stabilization
Establish and maintain project management protocols, ensuring all project artifacts and documentation meet high-quality "best practice" standards
Leverage expertise in clearing and custody to ensure cash equity and US options workflows are accurately mapped and migrated
Oversee the technical data flow from the OMS to the back-office system, ensuring robust connectivity with DTCC, OCC, and TradeSuite workflows
Coordinate between IT, Operations, and Compliance teams to align technical requirements with business needs

Required

10–15 years of experience within the financial services industry, specifically working with Broker-Dealers
Comprehensive understanding of operations workflows for Cash Equities and US Options, including clearing and custody functions
Technical proficiency in how back-office systems interface with DTCC and OCC
Meticulous attention to detail regarding documentation and protocol
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Preferred

Experience or familiarity with the Broadridge Shadow application is highly preferred (strong plus)
