Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end migration projects, moving applications from traditional data centers to modern hosting platforms (cloud or hybrid)
Partner closely with platform, networking, and application engineering teams to coordinate execution
Drive project planning, tracking, and delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Provide clear, consistent status updates to leadership, including risks, dependencies, and timelines
Align multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Required

3+ years of experience in technical project or program management
Proven experience delivering large-scale, strategic technical initiatives
Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall
Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required

Preferred

Background in software, systems, data, or platform engineering
Experience with data center operations, infrastructure, or platform engineering
Familiarity with hosting applications across on-prem and cloud environments
Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments
PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Atlassian tools, and Airtable
