Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions
Work closely with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and CRM development teams to develop scalable, ethical, and high-performance AI systems

Qualification

Generative AI modelsGoogle Cloud PlatformPythonNLP modelsDeep Learning modelsProblem-solving skillsCollaborative skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
12+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI models (Gemini, GPT-4) and traditional NLP / Deep Learning models
Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
Experience deploying AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Preferred

Machine Learning or AI-related certifications
Prior experience working in a Healthcare Payer enterprise environment
Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ethical AI practices)
