Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for professional services categories: managed services, consulting, advisory, audit, tax, legal, and specialized services

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions

Negotiate contracts inclusive of favorable business terms such as working capital optimization, performance-based incentives, and risk-sharing mechanisms

Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders

Manage strategic relationships with professional services firms and providers

Work in concert with Vendor Management and Risk teams to implement supplier performance management

Partner with internal organizations in Finance, Legal, and Compliance to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies

Work collaboratively with Supplier Risk Management

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support governance frameworks
