Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of administrative, operational, and office support duties related to academic and general support services for faculty, staff, and students
Serve as a subject matter expert for the team and provide training and guidance to other staff members as needed
Function as the administrative assistant to the Dean of the College
Provide dedicated support to the Master’s in Health Administration program and Clinical Trials Certificate program

Required

Associate's degree or at least 5 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work independently

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a higher education environment
Highly organized
Attention to detail
Process orientated
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
Ability to communicate and work well with people all levels of employees, diverse populations and varying specialties

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Experience working in higher education
Experience working with students
