Responsibilities
Managing multiple projects at different stages of development and completion
Create, interpret, and implement electrical control schematics
Designing electrical control systems using AutoCAD
Scheduling field staff to complete work
Kicking off projects with field staff to ensure a smooth handoff
Constant communication between the Project Manager and the customer or contractor
Maintaining department and individual labor loads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or engineering field
Learn Project Coordination and Fundamentals
Basic Foundation of relevant controls engineering or project management experience
Experience using AutoCAD to create wiring diagrams
Familiarity using Project Management and/or ERP software
Familiarity with specialty instrumentation associated with water and wastewater plants
Experience with building submittals for engineer review
Perform QA/QC on designed control panels
Experience working on construction projects with a general contractor
Detail orientated with an ability to organize and effectively manage multiple complex tasks and solve problems
Ability to coordinate and work in a team environment
Proven positive and professional attitude and customer service skills
Highly motivated and proactive
Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel, occasionally, in the beautiful high country of The Mountain States (Colorado, Wyoming)
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Previous construction industry experience is preferred
