Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing and future landscape related to:
Agent onboarding and lifecycle management
Licensing & Commissions (ELC)
Compensation and incentive structures
Policy details include premiums, refunds, riders, waivers, and annualization
Integrate and support Policy Admin Systems (ALIP, Navisys) with downstream SAP modules
Manage inbound and outbound data feeds including: DTCC, APAY XML, Payryte, K51
Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and analytics dashboards
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Support SAP GL accounting processes and financial reporting
Perform functional and integration testing across systems and data flows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to commissionable transactions and policy data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data mapping, transformation, and validation
Qualification
Required
8 to 12+ years of experience (Level 6)
Deep functional and technical expertise in the insurance domain
Proven experience in SAP HANA development and data modeling
Strong functional knowledge in Insurance domain processes
Expertise in ELC (Licensing & Commissions) and Compensation Management, preferably Callidus
Hands-on experience with ALIP and Navisys systems
Solid understanding of SAP GL Accounting, Reporting, and Analytics
Experience with data feeds in XML, flat file, and proprietary formats
Familiarity with compliance requirements and commissionable events
Strong testing skills include test case creation, execution, and defect management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
