Responsibilities

Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of Infrastructure or App. Dev. projects is required
Experience with software/application implementations or transformations are highly sought after
Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful
Demonstrated experience managing projects of significant scope, across multiple business areas is preferred
Must have strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes
Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change
For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative
Having some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor
Experience or certifications would be even better
Developing and delivering multi-mode communications conveying a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels
Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done
Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

Required

Experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of Infrastructure or App. Dev. projects
Experience with software/application implementations or transformations
Experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans
Demonstrated experience managing projects of significant scope, across multiple business areas
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative
Some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA
Bachelors or Masters in any field or 5+ years of applicable experience
Proficient knowledge in modern office productivity, communication, and collaboration toolsets
