Approach and speak directly with homeowners
Introduce our professional pest control solutions
Build trust and educate customers
Create and close service agreements
Help families protect their homes from pests
Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
Deliver confident, professional sales presentations
Customize solutions based on customer needs
Overcome objections and close sales
Enter activity and sales into our CRM
Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Drive to hit goals and earn more
Ability to work independently
Valid driver's license with 5+ years driving history
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience
