Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 2–3 offshore members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Collaborate effectively with Business, Product, and Technology teams to drive UAT success
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the client organization
Provide hands-on support in SAS and Python for data analysis and validation tasks
Ensure flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required to meet project timelines
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in UAT support roles
Proven ability to manage small teams and coordinate across global delivery models
Strong technical proficiency in SAS and Python
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
preferably within Banking
