Responsibilities

Design and develop new hardware systems and update existing products

Conduct research and apply new processes and methods into product development

Interpret and apply knowledge from documentation, schematics, diagrams, and plans

Establish and conduct testing routines, document results, and ensure quality standards

Perform design, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of devices or equipment

Lead and manage technical staff to align with project goals and business outcomes

Develop innovative solutions to highly complex problems through research and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 12–15 years of experience OR Master's degree with 10–13 years

Ability to resolve highly complex problems using advanced technical knowledge

Excellent communication skills for interaction with executive leadership and stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams

Active Secret clearance or higher
