Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell SEITZ products and solutions to existing and prospective customers
Manage and grow established customer accounts across assigned territories
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to deliver customized chemical solutions
Provide technical support, including installation and maintenance of chemical dispensing systems
Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to revenue and profitability growth
Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and other departments
Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and promotional developments
Continuously improve performance through feedback and training
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales or Technical Sales Representative
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with CRM/BRM systems
Highly motivated, target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
Preferred
Background or experience in the Textile Care sector (Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Wet Cleaning, OPL preferred)
Basic understanding of Textile Washing, Dry Cleaning, and Professional Wet Cleaning processes
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical components
