Responsibilities

Provide positive and professional service to assigned clients

Respond to client communications promptly and route complex questions to the appropriate advisor or team member

Maintain confidentiality and a client‑first mindset

Assist in developing annual client review materials

Gather and organize planning inputs and documents

Analyze basic to moderately complex financial planning scenarios under advisor supervision and summarize findings

Prepare new account and maintenance paperwork accurately

Track status of forms, signatures, and transfers

Ensure client records and account details are complete, current, and compliant

Interact with the operations team to coordinate planning tasks and follow‑ups

Participate in daily advisor huddles and team meetings to align on priorities and next steps

Attend client meetings and firm events as needed

Capture notes and action items and assist with post‑meeting follow‑up

Complete required trainings and continuing education activities

Seek opportunities to expand knowledge of financial planning tools and processes

Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
