Responsibilities

Support Desk Assistance: Assisting all desks whether its active, inactive, risk or AMP areas. Aiding credit administrators with assurity bonds, CDs, and Letters of Credit

Financial Management: Manages bonds, oversees credit checks, and maintains the bills box

Payment Reconciliation: Currently addresses issues related to duplicate payments

Revenue Protection: Collaborates with the Revenue Protection team, dedicating Tuesdays to this work

Mailroom Duties: Handles mailroom responsibilities and goes into the office on Tuesdays

Departmental Support: Provides support to all departments in Credit and Payment Services as needed

Support Desk Assistance: Overseas various requests through Credit Notify Inbox and emails from the CAPS organization: active, inactive, risk or AMP areas. Aiding credit administrators with assurity bonds, CDs, and Letters of Credit
