Responsibilities
Lead the planning, organization, and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor progress and milestones, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
Act as a liaison between project sponsors, members, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, and schedules are met
Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges, ensuring project success
Prepare business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI documents. Maintain change control processes and detailed project summaries
Work closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to align project outcomes with business objectives
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules to meet company objectives. Track plans and schedules, analyze for critical paths, and develop work-around plans when changes are needed
Monitor project progress, control deliverables, and manage changes to ensure smooth execution and alignment with goals
Create detailed reports, meeting agendas, and notes to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in Project Management, preferably in a tech-driven or insurance-related industry
Experience delivering in-house software platforms
Proficient in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and SmartSheet
Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
BA/BS degree strongly preferred
PMP certification strongly preferred
Familiarity with Wrike is a plus
